Terms and Conditions

The following text outlines the terms and conditions clients are expected to review and agree to prior to booking an appointment with CCB Aesthetics. These guidelines are established to protect the clinic's operations and to assure that clients receive the highest quality of service and care. Bookings will only be accepted from persons aged over 18 years.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are reminded that changes or cancellations to appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice. It is mandatory that cancellations are communicated through phone calls, as the clinic does not acknowledge cancellations made via email, text messaging, or social media platforms. The deposit amount will be charged for any missed appointments or cancellations not made within the 48-hour notice period.

Please note that all cancellations or no shows after a prescription has been issued will incur a charge of 50% of the total value of the treatment.

Treatment Conditions

A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total cost is required from all clients to confirm a treatment reservation. This fee will be deducted from the total cost on the day of the procedure. For initial consultations, £30 booking fee applies but is reimbursed if the client is deemed unsuitable for any procedures offered by CCB Aesthetics. Should the client decide to proceed with a treatment following the consultation, the already paid booking fee will be deducted from the treatment's total cost.

Before any treatment begins, clients must sign a Consent Form, confirming their understanding of the treatment's benefits and risks and acknowledging that clinical outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

CCB Aesthetics evaluates the suitability of the treatment for each client and its potential success before any procedure. If a treatment is considered unsuitable, the client will be informed of the reasons.

Please note that treatments provided by CCB Aesthetics are not subject to refunds.

Gift vouchers are non refundable for cash under any circumstance, and must be used within a 12month time period.

Complaint Handling Process

Please note that complaints submitted through our social media platforms are not monitored. For timely responses, we encourage you to contact us directly by phone during our specified business hours or via the provided email address.

My objective is to ensure all patients are completely satisfied with the quality of care and service provided. I aim to meet your expectations and address any complaints or concerns swiftly, efficiently, and courteously.

I take all complaints and concerns very seriously, valuing your health and safety above all. In collaboration with my insurance and regulatory bodies, I conduct thorough and impartial investigations into any complaints, ensuring your privacy is maintained at all times.

I use complaints as an opportunity to reflect on and enhance the quality of my care, communication, and services. I guarantee that no patient will face discrimination for lodging a complaint.

Should you find any aspect of my service or care unsatisfactory, I encourage you to inform me as soon as possible.

I always offer a complimentary consultation for reassessment of your concerns, with the option for a second opinion from my colleagues if necessary.

Should the complaint not be resolved within 24 hours, or if it is submitted in writing, an acknowledgment will be sent within 3 working days, with a comprehensive response provided as promptly as possible thereafter.

I maintain detailed and confidential records of all complaints, securely stored and accessible only to those directly involved in resolving your complaint, including my insurance provider.

If the resolution process extends beyond the expected timeframe, I will keep you updated on the reasons for the delay, progress made, and an estimated completion date.

Upon concluding the investigation, I will communicate the findings in writing and offer a meeting to discuss the outcomes and any possible remedies. Please note, any further treatments beyond this resolution may be charged at the standard rate.

I continually review patient feedback to learn and improve my services. Your comments, suggestions, and feedback are always highly valued.

Liability

CCB Aesthetics will not be held responsible, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any economic loss (including, but not limited to, loss of profit) or for any other special, indirect, or consequential damages that arise from or are connected with the provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

Clients are advised not to bring children to the clinic.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all relevant medical information is provided to the assigned practitioner before each treatment. CCB Aesthetics disclaims any liability for damage that results from the client's failure to disclose such information.

Clients agree to follow all instructions and/or recommendations provided by CCB Aesthetics regarding the care of the treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall limit or exclude CCB Aesthetics' liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
